President & CEO

Noel started in the construction industry over 14 years ago working for P&G Interiors, his uncles drywall company & QSI Interiors, a large commercial drywall company, perfecting his skills in the drywall trade. By the time Noel was 20 years old he was an accomplished drywaller and steel stud framer. It was at this time that Noel began to take on "side jobs" framing & drywalling basements. Very quickly the demand for Noel's services began to grow and he eventually left his job with QSI to work full time for himself. By the age of 21 Noel purchased his first investment property. Over the next 4 years Noel bought and sold a number of houses. It was from renovating these run down houses that he was able to develop his skills as a Renovations Contractor. As Noel's skills as a General Contractor increased so did the demand for his services. In June of 2005 Noel took the next step and incorporated the company RTN Properties Ltd and moved from a home based business to a commercial establishment. Noel divided the company into two parts RTN Properties Ltd, whish focuses on providing affordable housing solutions, & RTN Construction, the service division of RTN Properties Ltd.

Robbin Harder

Robbin started RTN Properties Ltd with her husband Noel. At its conception she had an active role in the company but has taken the last few years off to raise their two children, Tia & Trey. During her time away from RTN she has been running a successful business of her own "Mini Minds Day Home". As well as raising kids, running a day home, and taking care of their own home; she was also studying to get her Real Estate License. Robbin is now again an intergral part of RTN Properties Ltd, utilising her skills as a Real Estate Professional she is the heart and soul of the housing division.

Eric Rozsa

Site Supervisor

Truly the jack of all trades, Eric has been working with Noel off and on for the last 10 years. He has obtained a welding ticket, a second year electrical apprenticeship, and two years of schooling from SIAST as an automotive mechanic.
